We are writing to advise that we will shortly be launching a new look to our Internet Banking service.
For your information we've only made a few changes.
- We've simplified the navigation
- There's a new look and feel, mirroring the current hsbc.co.uk personal website
- You will be able to remain logged on, if you wish, whilst browsing the entire hsbc.co.uk personal website
We are rolling this out to all our customers over the coming months.
Please be prepared for a slightly different look to our Internet Banking service. It's one which we very much hope you will enjoy!
If you simply can't wait, we have added a link below to a demo and we have also put together answers to what we believe may be common questions.

HSBC, bunch of ...... well I can't say on here.
Got plenty of time to sort out thier website but yet to respond to my 3 letters concerning £1500 of charges I'm reclaiming.No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30
