Alliance and Leicester Internal Score

Can anyone tell me what the internal scoring/confidence/risk system used by Alliance and Leicester Is called?
For when u are an existing customer, and what the scale goes from i.e. bad customer to top, and if you know what any cut off points are for various accounts
I.e. Halifax have a scale from 0-9 0 being bad, 9 being top customer
I think, and a basic acc can be upgraded if your internal score is 5 or above even if you have a bad credit rating

Alliance and Leicester have an upgrades department who look at account conduct, amount of credits etc.

It is well known that only new applicants are regarded as "top customers" by A&L. All existing customers are scored at 0.

Jam555s - I work for HBOS have done for years - never heard of your 0-9 rating that you mention

are you mixing them up with someone else?

what comes into play is the conduct if your accounts, and something to assess
