Abbey Internal Score

Can anyone tell me what the internal scoring/confidence/risk system used by Abbey is called?
For when u are an existing customer, and what the scale goes from i.e. bad customer to top, and if you know what any cut off points are for various accounts
I.e. Halifax have a scale from 0-9 0 being bad, 9 being top customer
I think, and a basic acc can be upgraded if your internal score is 5 or above even if you have a bad credit rating

There isn't any such system at Abbey really. The only thing that customers get preapproved for is an overdraft if they're already a banking customer, everything else we have to run through a full application (same for existing customers as new ones), and the decision gets based on the credit score and Experian check. Needless to say though, branch staff have no access to information about how the credit scoring works, what the cut offs are for various products, so sadly no information I can pass on!0

The scale you mention is used by Lloydstsb. The scale is from 0-9.
This is reviewed on a monthly basis. I know I am classed as 2. However this can change. One month I went up to a 9, which is very, very bad and I wanted a loan and because my risk was high they quoted me 25 percent interest. However the next month I went down to a 2 and loan rate 6.4 percent and yet nothing had changed regarding my financial circumstances.0 -
what i was meaning was an internal behaviour score
ie if u get bank charges all the time, or over overdraft limits, then u have a low score, if i have my salary paid in, and no charges, and have been with the bank a long time, then i would have a higher score0 -

Lloyds bank is an internal behavioural score.0 -
If Abbey are upgrading to Banco Santander's ('BS') systems - do BS use an internal behaviour scoring system?
Since BS also own Cater Allen ('CA') - a private bank - do you think they will try to 'skim' off the best Abbey accounts into CA once they've started doing some business intelligence on their active accounts?0
