Hi,
I just wanted to know what people thought. My parents, my sister and i all have account with Barclays bank. On tuesday, my parents went into the branch to change one of their accounts. The person serving them loaded account details onto the screen and showed it to them. This enabled my parents to see exactly how much my sister and i had in our bank accounts. what should we do?
Thanks

You and your sister could write to the branch manager and point out what happened.
Say you are bringing this to their attention as, though you would not want to pursue the matter further, you thought they ought to ensure that the tellers would not do this in the future with other clients.0
