Talktalk - moving house to Republic of Ireland
Hi, I'm trying to get out of my Talktalk contract (don't want to bore everyone with the details). I live in N.Ireland right on the border with ROI. As Talktalk do not operate in ROI, does anyone know what their response to a house move to ROI is, as a few people have mentioned this to me as a way of getting out of contract…

Your service will cease 30 days from the date of this letter' Now I haven't had a call from EE so I rang them tonight and…

Sky 12 months free offer not working
Hello all, I am trying to make use of Sky's '12 months free unlimited Broadband plus £100 M&S vouchers for new customers' (just pay the line rental) which is advertised on their website. However, when I add this item to my basket, it suddenly changes to 9 months free instead of 12, and there is no mention of the vouchers…

Ideas for the ideal Broadband??
Ideally I would have fast unlimited broadband accessible 2-3 days a week, like over the weekend for instance and I'd only pay for those 2-3 days. 2-3 days because I know I get easily distracted online so time limits serve me well. However when I do go online I prefer to use as much or as little data as I please without…

BT Broadband
Ok, so I signed up through Quidco for the £180 cashback and apparently there will be a £100 Sainsbury's voucher. As long as the CB comes in, I'll be happy as I simply don't believe that there will be a voucher for me to get £100 of free stuff from Sainsbury's! Has anyone actually received the alleged voucher having signed…

BT Broadband - How to leave without a big charge?
Morning all, I'm hoping that I can write down our situation with BT in a sensible manner, and if someone can advise me if we're getting a raw deal here :D . Any time someone calls up BT, we seem to get a different answer. There's a few of us in a shared house. So our broadband/line rental month runs from the 13th to the…

new BT 50% off offer - BT Sport pack and TV activation fee cheaper than online only??
Hi, BT are offering this new online deal that looks pretty cheap. I'm on Talktalk broadband now and am only getting 8mb/s speed when lucky so it's time to switch to BT who I've heard have decent speeds. I also want to watch Champions league football which is in their standard BT sport pack. For some reason, if you get BT…

New OFCOM broadband migration rules a sham
The new broadband migration rules intruduced by OFCOM are a sham. I initiated a transfer to BT from EE on 21 June. My transfer was processed on 21 July. EE have said they were notified on 22 July that the transfer was completed. They have then charged me a full months rental at full price due to the end of my 1 year…
