I've just received a letter from EE dated 7th August saying
'Following a phone call with a member of our customer services team we are writing to confirm termination of your EE broadband contract. Your service will cease 30 days from the date of this letter'
Now I haven't had a call from EE so I rang them tonight and basically they are saying they can't offer me just broadband anymore, I would have to have their phone service too (I'm currently with Primus).
I get a miserly 2Mb download speed with EE so it might be time to look around and see if I can get a better speed elsewhere! :cool:
