bt broadband trying to get them to connect us

hy
having problems getting bt to set up our broadband ,was supposed to go live on the 13 august still waiting after many calls to an india call centre,and many hours on phone ,and getting nowhere,they keep saying its cancelled but wont tell me why,now today they said would go live tomorow evening ,and when i said i will beleive when i see it she said its now 1st of september because i complained ,so i said when i complain you put dates back she said yes , what a joke,so when i asked to speak to someone that i could understand and was not an india call center she hung up on me ,so im none the wiser,and was told last week they would call me today to explain,a guy called me then put me on hold for 20 mins ,then a woman answered and asked my why i was calling was my phone working ,i said what do u think im using to talk to you
so im tearing my hair out
wish id never ordered it

My parents are having the same problem; they should have gone live last week but the date keeps changing when I track the order online. Not really a problem for them as they still have BB via current ISP but they've been sent and charged for two new routers0
