BT overpriced bill

I am trying to help my Son fight an incorrect bill from BT that has been going on for 3 years. I have been advised by Citizens Advice to send a precise letter by recorded delivery, but have been trying to find a relevent address to send it too for 2 days without success. Can anyone help me in this matter please.
