want to change to talktalk cheaper plans
I'm a talktalk customer and I still pay the monthly bill of £20. Which is the price before talktalk decrease their talk plan prices last year I think. Is there any way I can switch to their updated cheaper talk plan. I was thinking of doing it uswitch, but since I'm a talktalk customer anyway I'm not sure if it is allowed.

landline charge beef
I know they all do it, and say that it is because they have to pay BT for use of line, but I HATE PAYING MORE FOR LESS! I mean having to pay £10 pcm/£120 pa for a slower, less efficient service just because nobody has chosen to upgrade my local exchange. It is bad enough that 1000's of rural livers manage without gas and…

Just had a letter saying that Virgin listen to their customers! Broadband support will be free from a Virgin phone on 151 from 1st June and at a local rate from other phonelines. Good news although I have not needed their support since switching to them 12 months ago.

To swap or not to swap? (Maaf to O2)
I'm now out of the minumum contract with madasafish. Apart from the recent kerfuffle re: exceeding the usage allowance, I've been fairly happy with them. Speed is nothing to write home about, but that's not necessarily their fault. However, I am now tempted by O2's offering. The price is good, I'd get free wireless kit,…

Leaving Talk Talk
Hello I am currently with Talk Talk. I was thinking of moving to Sky broadband. I really wanted to know how to this since they are unbundled. I know I have to connect back to BT but what is really putting me off is the idea that Sky say I must have a BT landline before they do anything and that it takes them 5 days to…

Need broadband + phone for less than 3 months
Hi, I'm moving into a small flat in London and the aim is to do it up and rent it out in approx one month. We need broadband available for that time. Does anyone know any ISP's that can do this? It might be more than one month but unlikely to be as long as three months. I think this may also cause a problem with the line…

Virgin problems today anyone?
I am on the supposedly 8meg broadband service with Virgin and have been having connection problems all day. I am using a wireless router which is my own and not supported by Virgin as I've had it for ages. My problem is the light that says 'internet' on my router keeps going out (it usually just flickers) and of course…
