want to change to talktalk cheaper plans

I'm a talktalk customer and I still pay the monthly bill of £20. Which is the price before talktalk decrease their talk plan prices last year I think. Is there any way I can switch to their updated cheaper talk plan. I was thinking of doing it uswitch, but since I'm a talktalk customer anyway I'm not sure if it is allowed.

I am a Talk Talk customer and had no problem changing from my original Talk 3 International down to Talk 2 International.(You have to be on an 'International' package to get the 'free' broadband.)

I was unhappy for months with Talk Talk when I first joined last June.
They seem to have got their act together and for the first time I am recommending them to friends.I have had a hassle free 6 months.

http://www.talktalkmembers.com/forums/index.php is a forum specifically for Talk Talk customers.It is a brilliant website which has around 6 experts who either work for Talk Talk or know a lot about the system.
I have had a few niggles which I have had sorted by them,which means less time on the phone to those awful Indian call centres.
