Need broadband + phone for less than 3 months

Hi, I'm moving into a small flat in London and the aim is to do it up and rent it out in approx one month. We need broadband available for that time. Does anyone know any ISP's that can do this? It might be more than one month but unlikely to be as long as three months.

I think this may also cause a problem with the line rental also as BT expect a 12 month loan arrangement.

I'd prefer one that provides a wireless router as well if possible. I expect this would be on loan.

I'm pretty sure theres some ISP's that do some rolling monthly contracts. However im sure they might be some re/disconnection charges in there.

Landline wise, not sure you'll find any with monthly contracts. However i'll be pretty sure that you'll have to pay a line installation charge if no line exists at the flat.

My BB supplier (Zen Internet) do monthly rolling contract but I am pretty sure that whoever you finally get, they will charge you a connection fee, which is usually £50 or more.

Must say that Zen are not the cheapest but the service is second to none.

If your taking over an existing phone line these people will do a 3 month contract.
