Hi
Im moving in the middle of May and the people at the house at the moment have Tiscali BB.
I currently have Be Internet and am quite tempted to stay with them when I move to the new house.
My question is how do I get Be internet working at the new place ASAP ?
Obviously the old owners dont want to be left without internet for any time, but nor do I. And also neither of us can do anything until we have exchanged at the end of April
Is there anyway of getting a MAC number etc from the Tiscali with just a few days to go to completion and hand that on to Be, or does the change in ownership of the BT line screw things up at all.?
Mnay thanks in advance

Broadband is tied to the phone line, and moving house would have some sort of impact. What you should do is ask Be to see if they offer a house moving service - it is likely that they do, but you may have to commit to another contract, or pay another setup fee.0
