My daughter is about to transfer her AOL broadband from her house to mine. But I have been told my a BT engineer that we have a"Dax Line" - in effect the line is somehow split. Question is, will this Dax line affect the speed/quality of the broadband? Any advise would be appreciated.

Sky Broadband Wireless Problems
I have my desktop connected to sky broadband without any problems (Netgear Sky wireless modem and Belkin wireless G network adapter). why on earth can't I upload my files to my web site. Works for 30 seconds then disconnects for a day. Is this a case of TalkTalk throttling the FTP port. (stopping you uploading data) anyone else have this problem?
