Hi,
I know some people on here are not happy with Bulldog's service but I thought I would inform some current BD customers anyway.
If your 12month contract with BD has lapsed you may be able to get some sort of line rental discount with them!
I was on their ADSL2+ service(Getting about 17meg down and 1meg up) and line rental for £35. I rang them and went through to their customer services department and asked to be put through to retentions.
When I spoke to the bloke at retentions I mentioned that I was considering changing providers to Sky or Talk Talk who are cheaper and asked straight up what can he offer me. He spoke with his manager and he knocked £10 off a month straight off. I reckon I could have squeezed another £5 off but I didn't try
Please note if you get a discount it is subject to another 12 month contract.
I was always intending to stay with BD because they are the only company that I am able to use in my area that have no fair usage policy and since I download a fair amount each month £25 aint too bad and thats including line rental. I have been with BD for 3 yrs now and never had any problems with them so far!
Just thought I would let you know. Good Luck.:money:
