self employment and WTC
I have been told that you can claim Working Tax Credit if you are self employed is this correct? Also the IR are insiting that I owe them almost £3,000 from an overpayment in 2003/2004. Would the IR offset what I am entitled to now against what I owe? A lot of questions I know, but all help much appreciated.
