problem getting award notice

hi
not sure this is the right place to post but...

although i have been receiving my tax credit payments into the bank without problem i have not had a printed award notice for just over a year! every time i ask for one they try and generate one and it doesn't happen! even with changes of circs nothing doing. We were one of those cases that kept 'falling off the system' a couple years ago so not sure if anything to do with that!
anyway am planning on college for september and applying to college access fund for childcare help and they want my award notice which of course i cannot supply. hopefully they will accept bank statements but don't know yet.
Not having that piece of paper is such a hassle when it comes to getting reductions for wtc families

any idea what i can do about it??

thanks
(sorry to be long and waffly!!)

I think you will just have to keep trying to get an award notice.
It is unlikely that the college will except bank statments but you could check with them.

It's not compulsary for you to supply Tax Credit notices.....it's just easier for them as it has your income stated on it.
