Water Bill Frequency
It seems most water companies aim to read household meters at least once a year and issue bills twice a year. The one I get in September is next to useless because it is estimated. If they are trying to save money by only reading the meter once a year why waste money providing useless bills?

Can Water Companies wriggle out of doing a free repair to a leaking pipe on property
