Break Clause in Commercial Lease
ok so almost three years ago, we signed a 6 year lease for an industrial unit which has a 3 year break clause. What I want to know, is, if I don’t leave at the 3 year mark (the time of the break clause), am I then held liable for the full 6 year term or can I leave at any point after the 3 years break clause?
