Free items for school health

Hello,
I work in school nursing for nhs, and I do a hygiene talk to reception age children. I currently work in 11 schools.
I am wanting to try and engage the children to be more hygienic and healthy (I know it’s the parents who we should be educating more but it’s the children who we actually work with and not the parents so it’s quite hard).
I’m thinking about getting the reception children to do a little task and I will pick a winner who will receive a prize (would obviously love every child to win but I don’t think I would receive enough donations for every child to receive a prize).
I was hoping to do a little gift basket with soap, sponge, toothbrush toothpaste some fresh fruit etc in.
So my question is does anyone know where I may receive free donations of these kind of items and how I go about asking for them?
Please note I work for the nhs and our funding has been cut back and can not get items this way!
Or if anyone has any other ideas which the kids may like that would be great!!
Thanks

"Corporate Social Responsibility" was your pal here but went awry & is now re-branded under different headings.
Have a thoughtful look at Unilever, Procter & Gamble & their ilk, as well as the usual supermarkets & high street chemists and approach them for donations for education of the young. The freebies here aren't targeted at children or education but there are people who do think about this - all you have to do is find them & their budgets...
Customer services, media liaison, education? All useful, & frankly it would be worth setting up a Twitter account to get access & spread the news of any generosity received.
All the best!0
