Break Clause in Commercial Lease

ok so almost three years ago, we signed a 6 year lease for an industrial unit which has a 3 year break clause.
What I want to know, is, if I don’t leave at the 3 year mark (the time of the break clause), am I then held liable for the full 6 year term or can I leave at any point after the 3 years break clause?

Most leases let you get out half way through with a cost, but this is depending on your lease. Check your lease and read it, if you dont know then pay a commercial solicitor for an hours work to tell you. Prob cost £100-150Kind Regards

I think the whole point of a break clause is that EITHER party can choose to terminate the lease.
To answer your question yes you can or maybe you can or no you can't.
One of those will be correct but as I have not read the lease I'm guessing.0
