Just about to make some purchases from Amazon and it seems the minimum spend for free delivery has now increased from £20 to £25.

What does this mean?
To me it reads as it should be 50% off the ticketed price but the store said its 50% off the full price but there is no full price ticket on the item. Which is correct? It's really bugging me lol
