Unsolicited Nectar card - data breach?
I've received a Nectar card in a New Account envelope to a property I own but don't live in, and have never applied for a Nectar card. I have no interest in having one. Does anyone know if this is normal, that Nectar get information from the electoral register and blindly send out unsolicited Nectar Cards?!

Beware Glasses Direct free 2nd pair of glasses offer
My husband took up an offer from Glases Direct for a free 2nd pair of gspecs. However, when he got to the checkout he was charged £10 for the lenses for the 2nd pair (basic lenses with no extras). So much for "free".

Any deals on electric toothbrushes?
I bought one about 3 years (probably 6 if I thought 3 knowing how fast time goes without realizing) and it will not keep charge. I despise having to throw away an otherwise perfectly working device but last time around when I posted on here about it I was advised to do that rather than try and change the battery since they…

Section 75 - seller now claims I owe them money
A quick (I hope!) question. I bought something online last August which arrived in significantly damaged condition. I told the retailer about this (complete with full description of the problems, photographs and so on; the delivery guy also marked the delivery note with "damaged", so it should be difficult to dispute) who…

Dealer wants final payment by bank transfer?!?!
Hi, I've just ordered a new van and paid the £500 deposit so that it can be ordered from the factory. When I asked about the final payment, they said that they only accept Bank transfers as they've had people scamming them with credit cards in the past, which makes me very nervous. We are talking about a large sum of money…
