Return label printed but can't get to Post Office

Hi, I hope this isn't a stupid question! I am exchanging a pair of shoes for another size and the company have provided a free pre-paid "Tracked 48" label for the return but I can't safely get to a Post Office. Would it still be delivered OK if I put it in the post box? It's low value, the 48 hours isn't critical and the package is only small so it will fit. Thanks in advance if anyone can advise!

No , as it needs tracking at the point of postingEx forum ambassador

So, what would they do with the package? Would it be delivered (albeit without tracking) or returned to me as undeliverable?0

I think I will just try it. No post offices are open near me even if I could get to one so I might as well give it a go!0
