Hi! I bought a pair of jeans from River Island. I paid part on gift card and part with a debit card. I disposed of the gift card as it had no money left on it. Would it be possible to exchange the jeans for some that are the exact same price? Can anyone help I have no idea what to do?!

Be aware that unlike most retailers who are extending their Gift Card dates, M & S are not. They advise they have no plans to extend gift card dates and they must be used whatever the situation by the expiry date.
