I received a letter from park hampers saying that all types of hampers have been cancelled due to covid19 , I've spoken to them today and they are saying we will receive a cash refund or love to shop vouchers , this is OK but they are not delivering the service which they advertise they do , so is there a chance we could get any sort of compensation , I asked about the interest on all the money people have already paid in , I was told they do not gain any interest on any payments made, so could somebody advise me whats best to do and do I push for compensation , thanks

Shows what a culture we really are in. You're getting your money back in full yet you want more! What loss have you actually incurred?1

In the current pandemic you should be grateful your money will be returned. You haven’t been put at a loss.0

Unless you are purchasing a large number of hampers the interest you would have received if you had saved the money instead is minimal. Interest rates are low on savings accounts.
Seriously, be thankful you are getting your money back and let's hope we are still all around by the time Christmas comes.0
