Denby ovenware contradictory advice on website

I was looking at some oven dishes on the Denby Pottery site
The Description states:
A small, but versatile piece that is a real must in a busy kitchen.
Great for creating individual servings that can be made in advance and
frozen for a quick mid week supper. Use to make desserts to share or
simply to roast vegetables. Moving seamlessly from freezer to oven to
table, this strong and versatile piece is the perfect addition to any
busy kitchen and gives impressive results every time. Timeless blue and
white glaze from the Imperial Blue collection.
The Care & Use states:
All pottery and china can crack if exposed to sudden changes in
temperature, no matter how strong it is, so please don't take items
from the freezer and put them straight into the oven or microwave.
Please do not expose to direct heat sources such as the hob or
grill.
So I read the description and thought "that's great!", but then the care info completely contradicts it.
Has anybody had any issues with using this cookware?

I suspect when they say 'seemlessly' they mean that you don't have to decant food from freezer dish into cooking dish but can use same dish to do both. However, you can't move it 'instantly' ie you have to defrost first.0 -
I too have lots of Denby, including casserole dishes.I'd never put them in the freezer in the first place as it would take up too much room.I freeze everything - bolognaise, chilli, sheperds pie bases etc - in the lidded plastic dishes you get from takeaways. And I certainly wouldn't take Denby (or any other pottery dishes) out of the freezer and put them in the oven.I don't think that's what Denby mean by "Moving seamlessly from freezer to oven to table".

I use denby but never put anything from freezer or even fridge straight into hot oven. You need to allow the cold items to reach room temp. Same as you would never put something straight from oven into fridge or freezer. They just mean their items are ok in oven temps and freezer temps.0
