I used to teach adults on a one to basis, mainly older people, to use computers safely, with the emphasis on online safety .

This is the material we used. Have a look at the various components, which can be used on a pick & mix basis, depending on the knowledge/skill level/requirements of the learner. If they log in, the programme will keep a record of what they've covered, but its not necessary to do that to use the material. Modules can be repeated as often as necessary.

Caveat, I haven't used it recently and apologies if that's not what you're looking for
