I went with a company called Allay. They successfully won my redress. £2,703.66 but my concern is the amount they want from that claim. £1,077.89 They are charging me 36% but I heard that by law ppi companies cant charge anymore then 20% 24% including vat. Since July 2018. Is this right please???
