Not in financial hardship now can I reclaim old bank charges ??
In 2010 my husband and I ended up having to go into an IVA, this was primarily caused by Lloyd’s crippling us with bank charges and overdraft charges. We bought out of the IVA in 2014 and have been fine since (with another bank !!) Can I still claim for this ??

Reclaim old accounts
Hi I have registered with Resolver and made a claim for package bank charge for an old account with Natwest. Natwest have acknowlged that I had the account, but they are saying it was too long ago (account opened 2003, changed to non fee account in 2006). Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks Rick

I just got £3,793 PPI refund from Barclaycard thanks to Martin's Resolver tool!

Further to my initial thread, does anybody know if there has been success in recovering PPI from last century, specifically the ACCESS card which, as we old people know, charged payment protection in with it's monthly repayments but was ,alas, absorbed by Mastercard in the early nineties

As a retired person, it REALLY irks me that all the banks are willing to do is go back six years, when this scandal has been rife since payment protection came into being, at least thirty years by my reckoning!!
