I submitted a PPI claim to RBS and yesterday got text asking me to book a slot for the case handler to interview me.
Has anyone else had this ? And if so what do they ask?
Thanks

They're giving you the chance to provide any further evidence to support your complaint.0

I logged a ppi claim with RBS directly via their website and so far everything has been by text notification I.e received, still reviewing, answer by April 15 and decision letter on way. Four reference numbers given and one of them will be for ppi on a long standing mortgage so you would have thought they would have wanted to at least speak to me on that one.::A0

The need to speak with someone varies from case to case... with regards to a mortgage they will hold LOADS of paperwork from time of the sale, as such not much need to ask you for information they already hold.
OP speak with them and provide the information they require... failing to do so will more than likely result in a rejection.0
