ppi on old loan argreements

Hi,applied online to RBS about ppi on loans i had with NWS Securites,they sent a questionaire and a letter stating the loan agreements numbers,I filled in the questionaire and sent it back, I should have recieved a reply by the 19/03/19 but nothing came,I complained about it and now they are asking for paperwork relating to the loans ,full name and bank statements, firstly do I have to provide this info as they were the ones that told me the agreement numbers,and second have they lost the questionaire..

    If it's an old loan then they may well not have any details left beyond the account number (banks don't keep records forever, particularly for old accounts that were closed or from firms they buy) so if they don't have any records, you need to provide them from your archives
