How much do we pay for our journeys on the tube from Stratford to Kensington High St, using contactless debit card? Am I right in thinking that the daily cap is £8 per adult? I have been on the TFL…

But by chance I stumbled across a website that said it would be cheaper just to use a…

I think I already know the answer to this but I thought I'd ask just incase... I have bought two rail tickets for myself and a friend (£80 total) - they are 'advance' tickets so are not eligible for a refund under the Great Western terms and conditions - the offer to change them for a £10 fee plus the difference is about…

Trainline.com Dishonesty - Help Please
Good afternoon, I'm having a spot of trouble with TheTrainline.com. I ordered some tickets and they sent me twice as many as I needed and charged me extra for them. Regardless of how that happened, they agreed to a refund if I return the tickets - £214.80 is owed. I returned them but the trainline claimed not to have…

Virgin train offer
After reading the new newsletter, I've just been on the O2 Priority App. And there's no offers for Virgin Trains! I can wait until tomorrow, but there's nothing like queue jumping. Any idea why it isn't working? A mistake on MSE's behalf?

Missed hospital appt due to train cancellation
My other half had a hospital appointment at 5pm last Wednesday. She's been waiting six weeks for this. Hospital is 15 minutes walk from the train station at the end of the journey. Bike sizing advice
I took up cycling again due to terrible unfitness and its something I can do, nothing special, got up to a quick 10 mile blast most evenings after work. I have a hybrid bike with 700c wheels and no suspension, around here we have lots of cycle pathways but they are pretty rough and my back and joints don't do well with the…

Bikeability
I have tried to find a Bikeability course for my daughter to make sure she is adequately prepared for cycling on the roads. I went so far as to try to arrange a course. Her last school agreed to run a course, but it didn't happen. If there are independent courses I can't find them. Surely it shouldn't be hard to get a…
