Hi all, I'm having great joy with Total Car Parks who name themselves as creditor on the Notice to Keeper. However it's not that simple. TCP are subcontracted for the site by County Car Parks who in turn are contractually bound to the landowner- So the big question is.. Who's the creditor? Thanks everyone.
