Hello all,

I received the attached letter after following advice of asking the company to delete my old address via the data officer.

There seem to be 2 charges but they don't specify where they are exactly. I had changed address and hadn't been receiving correspondence until now, apart from one letter from DCBL in March 26 about 1 of the charges but I had no idea about the other.

I couldn't find advice on this in the forum. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Smart Parking via DCB Legal, issue date 12th May , insufficient paid time, 2 pcns involved, Telford Shopping Centre

Login to MCOL ASAP and complete the AOS online stage first , via your government gateway account

Then use the Smart Parking template defence by member meltof posted on 12th April in the start defence box on MCOL to defend the case, copy and paste, save it and submit it

No changes. No added facts.

Don't copy & paste it here as we really don't want to keep being asked to check this defence in thread after thread in May, which is driving us regulars a bit mad with this current Smart Parking batch!
