Appeal to IAS

I have received a PCN from One parking solution for parking for parking outside of the bay for 2 min. I have appealed to them saying I was just waiting for a space to became available. They said I was on the camera outside of the car - I only help my daughter to get out, she than went for her lesson while I was waiting for the space (people are coming and leaving all the time). What do I state to IAS and is there a chance that my appeal would be accepted?

Appeals to the IAS have a less than 5% chance of success regardless of their validity. Ignore them, follow the newbies thread and appeal to the landowner to get it cancelled.

Why on earth do you want to use the kangaroo court of the IAS? Do NOT try it at all. Do nothing. No paying this invoice.

Show us both sides of the NTK (data redacted but all dates and timings showing).
