APCOA station parking charge - not served in time?
A family member received a parking charge from APCOA at Bedford Station (images below). Using the checker here it seems it may not have been delivered/served in time. Should I advise them to just appeal on this ground? Incidentally, parking was paid for for that session, they just selected the wrong car in the app.
