5th September Deadline! Private Parking Consultation: The Easy Way…

It’s easy! A simple email response to the Consultation is all you need to make your views known. Absolutely no need to do the full-fat version if you don’t want to.

Just pick out the questions relevant to you, on the PDF version below, & email your response to parking@communities.gov.uk. Just make sure you state which questions you’re answering! The Minister himself has said (in his Foreword) this is a perfectly acceptable way to respond.

The full Consultation is long, complex & esoteric. Much is irrelevant to us ordinary motorists. And  for most of us - life is just too short. 

Too long the victims of private parking cowboys - now is our chance to fight back! 

Please encourage as many motorists as you know, to respond by the 5th September deadline - otherwise the self-interested clamour from the private parking industry will drown us all out.

Which is EXACTLY why I’ve posted it separately,
If the Govt Minister whose name is on the Consultation says it’s OK - that’s good enough for me! 

One of the ‘regulars’ even branded email replies as “half-baked”! 

Getting our voices heard is more important than following the ‘rules’ of anyone here - regular or not. 

By now they’re probably frazzled by all the Consultation stuff. 😵‍💫 😵‍💫
But - can we all just co-operate? Surely we all want the same thing?
