SMART parking McDonalds ANPR

I recently went there and realised that the ANPR is only forward facing in entry and rear on exit.
It’s a circular car park and I may have gone around twice on my motorcycle looking for a bay, which there wasn’t.
I assume bike’s are not exempt, so how do they know I have only stayed an hour?
