Parking eye ticket

Hi,

Ive just recieved a parking 'fine' from parking eye for parking in a Range car park, for 15 mins, when the store was closed, this was to go to a greggs store which is in the car park?! The signs do state out of ours is 0mins, but nothing states you cannot visit greggs i  the car park, it was open so seems very silly to be fined when buying bits from greggs? Has anyone else experienced this, shall i appeal or just pay it?! TIA

Follow plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  complain about it to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner,  trying to get it cancelled due to being a valid customer,  if Greggs customer's are allowed to park  ?

Ideally we need to see the signage,  plus the retail park name and location

I do not believe that you should pay anything

Yeah thats what i thought! Apparently the range done do anything and it states on their website they dont get involved.
I think il contest it with popla, as parking eye having already said no to appeal

The Range dont own car parks,  they are tenants in a shop on site , like Homebase are or were

I said retail park management company or landlord or landowner,  not tenant

Looking on GSV it's clearly a retail park with multiple businesses on site ( the Range is only one of many   )

So The Range, Homebase and Greggs,  so a retail park,  nothing to do with the Range store

I see Mulberry Construction mentioned near the totem

Ideally show us pictures of the signage on that private property ASAP

Make sure that you get signs near or in Greggs as to what the rules and times are for Greggs

Try to find out who the retail park management company or landlord or landowner is

Google says the following about Easton Lane Retail Park

    Royal London Asset Management

Post a redacted picture of the NTK PCN letter as well as the signage pictures

Greggs opening hours ( from 20th June   )

You should be complaining to the managing agents that Greggs now opens until 8pm so the signage terms need updating to allow Greggs customers to park and use that outlet until, say 8.15pm to give time to leave past the cameras. Insist they cancel this PCN and attach your Greggs receipt if you have it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above,  a complaint about it should be made to the managing agents that 9pm would be a suitable cut off time every day,  including Sunday,  so similar to this ECP case

You didn't post redacted pictures of the NTK PCN letter

But if the car park shuts at 8pm Monday to Saturday and 4.30pm on a Sunday then the current  park hours don't match Greggs extended hours, especially on a Sunday , so a strong complaint to the management company should get the pcn cancelled and car park opening hours changed to prevent future occurrences

9pm would be suitable every day,  keep it simple
