Multiple CCJs from PCNs I was unaware about. URGENT, PLEASE HELP!

Hi, can anyone help? I'm panicking as l've received two CCJs for multiple PCNs that I was not aware of.
I had moved addresses at the end of 2023 and started a new job around the same time. In that time, I also got a new vehicle with my new address on the V5 form around that period. So I didn't receive any PCNs from that parking company.
Yesterday I was applying for finance on a purchase and I was rejected. I went to check my credit score and seen it’s plummeted due to 2 CCJs I had no idea about. Today I went to visit the old address and the new tenant had told me that she had been trying to find a way to contact me for months. She handed me many letters which I then opened which included a claim form and 2 CCJs.
I opened one CCJ form issued 26/11/2024 which is amounted for £495, and then I opened another one which was issued on 04/04/2025 and that’s amounted for £1210!!!
To provide context for the £1210 amount, that includes multiple PCNs (all in the year 2024) from a university car park where I used to study. I attended that university from 2020-2024 and I was there everyday, I had never ever paid for parking and never received a PCN from them when I lived at my old address. Furthermore, I vividly remember asking an on campus security guard if I had to pay for parking and he told me that staff, students and residence of the accommodation did not have to pay and that it was to deter/fine non-university members from parking there.
I've done small research on these threads and I'm really happy to see the help that everyone has received but I haven't seen anything about reversing CCJs? Is that possible? Or do I have to pay this fine and live with this over my head?
I’ve obviously missed the 30 day mark for both PCNs so I’m really scared that Debt Collectors will approach the new tenant at my old address and that my credit will be ruined for 6 years. I planned to apply for a mortgage in the next 2 years and this will ruin things for me. Please can someone offer any advice? This has stressed me out so much.

Please study the set aside advice in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, second post. Only a judge in civil court can issue set asides, the old fee was £303 but I believe that its gone up last month
You want the section headed as below
CCJs are different, but beatable:
HAVE YOU FOUND OUT ABOUT A CCJ (JUDGMENT FOR CLAIMANT) AND NEED IT SET ASIDE?
PAYING IT DOES NOT WIPE THE CCJ UNLESS JUDGMENT WAS LESS THEN 30 DAYS BEFORE. DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU'RE WITHIN 30 DAYS.

Which parking firm and which solicitors are involved please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I dont have experiences of it, but have read scores of set aside threads on here and on other forums for over a decade
Dcb Legal do tend to discontinue claims, especially with small figures, but not necessarily where multiple pcns are involved, they have to follow the wishes of their clients
A set aside fee for each one is currently £313 , unless you qualify for a lower charge or maybe for nothing ? I suggest you google that aspect, CCJ set aside fees , you may be able to claim the money back at the set aside hearing
Yes, service to an old address does tend to obtain a set aside, there is plenty of advice on here about the reasons why it does, please find and read a dozen or more, to get the gist, it's been debated numerous times so you are in the right place , here is a new one, study the advice given by coupon mad

However, you have a more urgent problem:
Opened another one which was issued on 04/04/2025 and that’s amounted for £1210!Oh dear.
This is an urgent issue, due to it being over £600. That one will be escalated to DCB's own HCEOs (think of the TV show 'Can't Pay? We'll Take it Away!').
What used to be called bailiffs will come knocking. And they will trace your new address within days. Hide your car in a garage. They can clamp it unless you do this right:
1. Ring the CNBC at 8.30 on the dot in the morning (stay on the phone in the queue) and ask for the POC for both claims to be emailed to you, then ask 'is there a High Court writ on the larger one?'
2. Come back and show us the POC x 2.
3. IF THERE IS A WRIT, apply to your LOCAL Court to 'stay the writ (should only cost you £15) as per other recent threads, e.g. the one by @sh4rpy03 here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6595094/ccj-high-court-rit/p1
Your other one also needs an N244 application but done in the usual way, as seen in the NEWBIES thread and in recent CCJ threads such as the one by @Truss_me
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Separately, if there is a writ, when you apply to “stay the writ” is this done by the same n244 form, online or in person at the local court?3 -
I've been 'read only' for some time now, as I didn't feel I was knowledgeable enough to offer help.
Your post, OP, has incensed me enough to post again....I cannot fathom how this so-called industry continues to rake in millions of pounds from innocent victims, but not only that, can destroy their lives by issuing CCJ's at the drop of a hat...It makes a mockery of the supposed justice system we allegedly have in the UK.
As ever. I applaud the hard work of CM and many others who continue to fight this hideous money making scam. Thank you all.
OK, back to Read Only

You could get both done (the 2 applications are a bit different) and see if your court will take both your applications locally. If yes, hand them both in on the same day (some courts won't take a CCJ set aside £313 application though and would want that one to go to the CNBC). Pay both fees.
Do NOT send a 'stay the writ' application to the CNBC (it's a black hole; takes far too long in a case where HCEOs want to come to your house). Staying the writ is very very urgent and for a local court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just gave them a call, surprisingly despite the negative reviews, the person I called was very helpful. He even assisted me in what to do with an N244 form along with forwarding it to me.
I asked about a Writ and he said nothing has been filed against me yet. Any advice?0
