I'm with Staysure holiday insurance. They have been really good so far. I was lucky enough to reduce my likelihood of illness. However, they've given me a £75 voucher on next renewal instead of a refund. I think I am entitled to the money back. Anybody else had this and got cash back?

Expect delays and cancellations to/from Gatwick today (26/07/2026)
The airport has issues with water supplies to the airfield. Toilets can't flush, no water to sinks, restaurants having to close, aircraft not able to uplift water.
