Council Tax advice please
Hi everyone I live with a friend, and we moved into a house in January, 2017. Upon moving in, we needed to pay off council tax owed on the previous house, which we did. Letters were sent to our current address with our names on, and we paid monthly. Since then, we haven't received any council tax letters. That is until a…

Reclaim Repossion fees
Hi All, In April 2017 I came home from work to find my house had been repossessed by Santander and the locks had been changed. I made an application to the court to have it set aside and was granted a hearing in June 2017 which I subsequently won. I finally moved back in early July. It has now been a year since that…

Welcome Finance PPI
Sorry if this has been asked before, but has anyone reclaimed PPI from Welcome Finance? I had two loans with them around 1998 and was informed if I didn't take PPI, even though I didn't need it, I couldn't have the loan. I have no paperwork. Is there any chance of getting it back?

LPA partial refunds available
The government are now offering partial refunds to people who paid for Lasting Power of Attorney between 2013 and the price reduction of 2017. https://www.gov.uk/power-of-attorney-refund It only takes a few minutes to apply online. This deserves to be more widely publicised, but there doesn't seem to be a way of flagging…

My partner drives a lot of miles in his own car per week to work and his employer only pays 22p per mile when I’m aware that you are entitled to 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles and 25p per mile for more than 10,000 miles. Does anyone know how we go about claiming back the remaining 23p or 3p per mile that he is entitled…

Month End Money complaint
Hi, I'm looking for help in locating a payday loan company called Month End Money. I had several loans with them from 2008 - 2011. Fixtures and Fittings in Council Tax Valuation
I suspect my house should be in a lower Council Tax band. The current Banding is based on a house sale in 1991, but I suspect the price paid included fixtures and fittings which do not count against the Banding price. How can I find out if an element of the Sale price was for Fixtures and Fittings?

I stopped claiming 25% single person discount when my son & his wife came to live with me whilst saving for their own home.
