Quick PPi question
I took out Mortgage Payment Protection with a third party as I was told protection of at least this level was required. However, I have no records of the third party I took the protection out with. This was about 11 years ago. Should/can I pursue this? I'm not sure where to begin; I believe bank records only go so far back.

I bought my…

Are banks telling the truth?
I have now gone through the process of trying to claim PPI after believing I might be entitled to a payout after reading a thread on this forum. I was led to believe that the Life Cover I took out with my HSBC mortgage was a form of PPI, despite my bank telling me that no product i'd bought from them was misold with PPI .…

Successful reclaim for SKY box cover
Sadly my father in law passed away recently. I have been sorting the finances out for my elderly mother in law. Property insurance charged by building society
I have no PPI claim. I understand "plevin" applies after 2008. My query is about COMPULSARY property insurance charged to my building society repayments a/c each year from 1967 to at least 1982. Is it worth disputing banding?
I've recently moved into a purpose built over 55's apartment block and received my council tax bill. It's in band B, as are all the other apartments when I checked, but the value today is only £70,000, and according to the Nationwide house price check for 1991, it would have had a value of £24, 874. I cannot find out how…
