Hi guys,
I'm claiming money online through HM Courts & Tribunals Service.
The last their message was from 10th October: "Please find the defendant’s defence was struck out as no Directions Questionnaire was filed so you are at liberty to enter judgment and I have attached the form for your information." There was an N225 from in attachment.
I filled, signed and sent this form to their email moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk on 16th November.
Now I'm waiting. I asked for update on 13th Dec, 20th Dec and 23th Jan and didn't get any answer yet. Any advice?

Just have to keep chasing them, highly unlikely anyone on here works for the HM Courts or could reveal details in public.
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
