Camp Bestival Refund

Due to bad weather the final day of Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle on the 29th July 2018 was cancelled. Following the cancellation promises of a refund were posted on their website, which kept getting updated as they were waiting for their insurance company to pay out.

Since then they have gone into administration then been bought out by someone else. Refunds were promised until the latest communication was made recently, to say that only Sunday ticket holders would be getting a refund and weekend ticket holders like myself would only be offered 33% off 2019 tickets.
My bank refunded about quarter of the costs but have since had a letter from them saying they a taking it back due to Clause 6 of ticketlines terms and conditions which states refund requests must be submitted not more than one week following notification of the change of event.
