Help! Moths have chomped my clothes!!!
The other day I found a moth hole in one of my jumpers (charity shop obviously, but still!) so I immediately blitzed my jumpers with the steam iron to kill the eggs, then put it in 'mothball quarantine' in a sealed plastic bag. Once I'm sure it's 'clear' I'll darn the hole. Does anybody have any good, preferably old style…

What to do with sour, powdery apples?
I bought some apples from Aldi for 69p for four (should've guessed!) and they're really quite sour and powdery. I like sweet crisp apples so they're definitely not to my taste! I've got three left and I'd like to make something with them, maybe a marmalade or chutney but I don't have a clue where to start. Does anyone have…

Apologies if this has been asked a hundred times before. I picked up a v cheap breadmaker in the charity shop and have been making my own bread every day for the last 2 weeks. Is it def cheaper to do it this way? I have no idea about electricity costs at all but I'd say the ingredients per loaf come to about 50p TIA :)
