Fish cooking smells
When ever I cook fish for about 2 days after I get the fishy smell I dont have a extractor or cooker hood, only a very small kitchen with no door on it into the rest of the house.I do burn candles while cooking in the hallway. Help please

Hi all, I am unsure what to cook for Easter Sunday dinner. I have narrowed it down to between Roast Lamb or Pork... Problem is, I have never cooked either - I usually cook Chicken/Beef. beetroot in my veggie box
I had a big bag of beetroot delivered from my organic box scheme yesterday. I'm not a big fan unless it is pickled in vinegar and then I can eat it out of the jar constantly!! How do I do pickled beetroot? Boil them in their skins/peel/ put in jars with vinegar?? Do I add anything else ? And how long do I have to wait…
