Trying to understand some Lebara T&Cs
The two following statements come fresh from https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/terms-and-conditions.html and I am not sure I understand them when taken together. #60 does seem to mean that I have to have a chargeable activity every 90 days and if not I lose my top-up credit or balance. #61 gives me 180 days to request a refund…

Big O2 out of contract monthly price hike
I had a SIM Only 1 year contract with O2, which was originally with Virgin Mobile. They say that is up on July 18th. I only got the text yesterday Jun 27th. They say the price will jump from £8 a month to £23. I looked and would like a rolling 30 day contract with Asda or GiffGaff. (using Vodaphone and O2 networks…

SIM - cheapest available top up - intercom activation!
Colleague and I need to keep a phone in office solely to be rung when clients arrive in order to let them into office building. Data Roaming
Warning. I am a Sky Mobile user and when data roaming in Europe I pay £2 per day to use my data allowance. However while on the island of Corfu my phone picked up an Albanian mobile network and I was charged £2.16 per MB to use my allowance. Sky refuse to accept any responsibility for this and say there is fair warning on…

Virgin to O2 migration - monthly rolling contract 1 year on
I was previously on a Virgin SIM only deal paying about £8 per month. When migrating to O2 I was put on their most closely matched deal at the same tariff as I’d paid at Virgin. It now appears that the way that the tariff was matched was by applying a discount which, after 12 months, disappears and the deal reverts to the…

I called Whizz Air because their website wasn't working and they had changed the destination of my flight. Any suggestions on how to get that money back would be gratefully…

Transferring from Vodafone to Talk Mobile
An elderly friend of mine who has a smartphone has had a Vodafone pay as you go account for years. These days she seems to be on some kind of legacy account where Vodafone charges her £1.00 per day if she uses the phone at all. She's not the kind who keep the phone switched off in the glovebox but more she keeps it at…

UK Mobile without long-term/permanent roaming surcharges?
Anyone aware of a UK mobile provider with no "Permanent Roamer" (aka long term roamer) surcharges/limits? Ideally pay as you go, or monthly rolling, but long term contract would work too.
