Hi, is anyone else out there stuck in a never ending cycle of renewing a 2 year contract with only 1 year of discount?
I've been stuck in this cycle with Onecom and can't see a way out. They only offer 2 year contracts but the discount they apply is refunded at a later date and only lasts for the first year. This way you have no choice but to pay 3x the cost for a year to end the contract. Or, start a new 2 year contract to get another years discount. Trapped!!!
this doesn't seem fair, but is it allowed?

So bite the bullet, get to the end of the 2 year contract and then port out if you don't like their policies.0
