Transfer of Nationwide Help to buy ISA to Lifetime ISA
My partner and I are both first time buyers and we hope to buy a new house in February next year. The property is £390,000 and we will be buying a 25% share. I understand that because the value of the house is above £250,000 my partner won't be able to benefit from the government bonus on the £6,000 he has in his HTB ISA.…

Transfer or not transfer
Hi all, I think I know what the answer is going to be, but I'd like confirmation... I had some money on a fixed 1-year Cash ISA with Shawbrook. When the fixed term ended, I stupidly asked for it to be transferred to my bank account. From there, I deposited it onto my new T212 Cash ISA... T212 are counting this money as…

ISA Transfer Timing
I have 2 ISAs maturing in December, one on the 19th and one on the 27th. Am I able to transfer both into the same ISA even though they mature on different dates or am I better opening 2 different ISAs with the same provider? Also how early can I start the process? Thanks

T212 incorrect ISA allowance assignment
I transferred my Lloyds Cash ISA to T212 using the proper transfer service and the funds were moved on 19th September. The money transferred was showing as Reserved funds until the last day or so and it is now showing all the transferred money as part of this year's allowance. However the majority of the money transferred…

After some help please… I have 2 ISA’s open… a Barclays help to buy opened in 2019 has about £3000 in it. I don’t pay in to it regularly at the moment so it’s only gaining interest. A Zopa easy access ISA - opened a few months ago, if I put £20,000 into this account where does that put me with my allowances? Can I only put…

ISA transfer, after maturity?
My Santander Cash ISA matures in 2 weeks and they are taking the mick with their 1.25% which drops to 1% in a few months. It annoys me so much I'm transferring out the ISA and will also transfer my current account from them to a more modern bank shortly afterwards. I'm about to use trading212 to start the ISA transfer but…

Easy access Cash ISA - withdrawing and returning cash
Pretty sure I already know the answer to this but if someone could confirm that would be great. I have put £20k into my easy access Cash ISA this tax year, i.e. the full allowance. If I want to say withdraw £8k, but then return this £8k after this current tax year ends, i.e. 6th April 2025 or later, I can do this but my…

IWeb - Why aren't they on the MSE top SSISA list?
You can invest (in one lump) 20k into a single fund for only £5. From my 2mins of research there are only two providers who can beat that T212 and IE. Am I missing something?

Having both a stocks & shares ISA AND a cash ISA?
I've currently got about £35k in a cash ISA. Next year I should be able to max out the £20k ISA allowance and I'm thinking about opening a S&S ISA. So... Can I open BOTH a S&S ISA and a cash ISA in the 25/26 year? Can I transfer the full existing £35k (plus the 24/25 interest) into a S&S ISA? Can I "split" the transfer?…

Cash ISA - What's your thoughts?
Hi Guys, I'm fairly new to the ISA scene, and I hope to get more of an insight through this open topic, and a couple of questions I have. Maybe you more experienced people can give me a heads-up upon certain basic rules or guidelines that I should be aware of. Forgive my ignorance or naivety regarding any questions I might…

I have a 5 year ISA with Coventry at a poor rate of 1.75%. It has 2 year left to run. Can I transfer it to another Coventary ISA at ~4% or is it easier to transfer it to another provider? I'm assuming I will loose 90 days interest, but can't find the original T&C's to confirm exactly

Paying into a HTB ISA and cash ISA
My daughter has a Help to Buy ISA which currently stands at £14,000 and is paying 4.7% with Yorkshire BS. She is aware that she only needs to hold £12,000 to get the benefits when she buys a house. We were wondering if now the rules have changed regarding paying into ISA`s if she would be able to put £17,000 into a cash…

I have a fixed rate cash isa with kent reliance and I have paid into it this tax year £19k. It is due to mature in December.
